Received pillows as part of Memorial day promotion with purchase of a king sized mattress. The pillows we received were standard instead of king sized. When we contacted customer service we were gaslit and told that the free pillows were only offered in a standard size when we were in fact given an option to select the pillow size and we selected KING sized pillows. This is the second and last mattress we will order from molecule. I do not appreciate companies gaslighting their customers to cover their own mistakes.

I dont know how there are any good reviews on this pillow. I knew as soon as I opened the package the pillow was garbage. It does not come over stuffed. The pillow is so big the filling doesn't fill it out at all. It's lumpy and not soft at all. I feel like I have been scammed. Still waiting on my return info if they even reply to my request. Very very disappointed. If you've been searching for the right pillow for you, this is not it.
