The pad came with dirt marks on it as well as a small tear. I figured it would be fine as it did unfold
properly. It is super soft, just like a basic memory foam. It dips heavily in the middle and offers no back
support as I am a side sleeper. Even on my back it dips heavily in the middle. I didn't realize you can't return it. You have to donate it to a 501 non profit and show proof. Problem is that they don't want a used foam topper.

I purchased this as a solution to help break in a new mattress. I have to say that my first impression upon delivery wasn't a very good one. The topper was compressed with a tight band of plastic wrap around it. No zipper protective bag like other higher end toppers, not even a plastic bag. This actually looked like it came from a discount site that sells returned merchandise.
It was very difficult cutting the plastic and to make matters worse, the topper was frozen. I have no idea why this Manufacturer doesn't protect their inventory, but it doesn't make a good impression.
I contacted the service department and they assured me it would defrost and fill out. It eventually did about 6 to 8 hours later.
The topper is extremely heavy, very dense, and unfortunately way too soft! Initially it feels great but I'm sinking in so deeply that I'm waking up all night with pain in the shoulders and hips. Just for reference I'm 5'7", 165 lbs, so I'm a pretty average person.
I've removed it from my bed, which was not an easy task.
I STRONGLY suggest that you see this topper in person and at least try laying on it before making the purchase. They obviously have a very good Marketing Dept writing their description copy, but the actual product doesn't live up to it.

After sleeping on this for 6+ months, I realized it was the cause to my shoulder pain. It’s so soft and deep that I realized it was pushing my shoulders forward like a hunchback while laying on my back! I took it off, and my shoulders felt almost back to normal within the first 3 nights after removing it. The foam does not breath and just absorbs my husbands heat. I can’t even lay on it without sheets and a fan on because it’s so hot! Do not recommend and On Molecule would not refund after 30 days, even though their return policy states you have to sleep on mattresses for a minimum of 30 days before you can return it. Seems that a topper would take just as long to adjust to. Not confusing at all!
